Relations internationales


Grâce au programme européen Erasmus + et à d’autres programmes bilatéraux d’échanges avec des pays non européens, les enseignants, les étudiants et les membres du personnel administratif peuvent effectuer un séjour dans d’autres établissements d’enseignement artistique à l’étranger afin de compléter leur formation et de s’ouvrir à d’autres cultures. Dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+, les étudiants ont la possibilité de partir un semestre ou une année complète. Les enseignants et les membres du personnel administratif qui souhaitent bénéficier d’une mobilité peuvent construire librement un projet en fonction de la demande de l’établissement partenaire et dans le cadre de leurs fonctions au Conservatoire royal de Liège. Ces programmes permettent également d’accueillir des étudiants et enseignants étrangers qui souhaitent compléter leur formation au sein de notre école.


Students mobility incomings

Students interested in spending a period at the Conservatoire royal de Liège in the framework of Erasmus+, are required to apply to the Erasmus Coordinator in their home institution to check if your school has already a partnership with the Conservatoire royal de Liège. Students application requirements

  1. Learning Agreement for studies ( please find our study programme )
  2. Transcript of Records
  3. Motivation letter
  4. Curriculum Vitae
  5. Certificate of knowledge of French language (B1) OR commitment letter to assist to French lessons
    during the stay in CrLg. The lessons will be provided by the University of Liege.
  6. Depending on the specialty:
    • Instrument players and conductors: Video recording (YouTube link) of around 20min of
    duration.
    • Composition candidates: three score, including sound recordings.

The Royal Conservatory of Liege do not offer Erasmus+ Mobilities for pedagogical master, qualification bachelor’s in music formation, young talents and “agrégations”.

The Learning Agreement must be signed by the Erasmus Coordinator in the home institution and send it by e-mail with the other application requirements to the e-mail address relations.internationales@crlg.be. If there is more than one teacher in the applicant’s specialty the order of preference must be specified in the e-mail being the first the preferred. Once our Institution has received the required documents, they will be forwarded to the correspondent Department for preselecting purpose. Whether the student has been selected or not, the Erasmus Coordinator will inform the student and his/her Erasmus coordinator by e-mail.

The official language of the Royal conservatory of Liège is French. However, most of the professor might provide their lessons in English, but this a decision to be consult directly with the teacher. For all group lessons usually, the used language is French with exceptions. We hereby recommend verifying the language of the lesson before to select it

The official deadline for applications is:
Applications for the whole academic year and fall semester: 01/05/2020
Applications for the spring semester: 01/10/2020

• Academic year: from the beginning of September to the end June
• Fall semester: from the beginning of September to the 31/01/2021
• Spring semester: from 01/02/2021 to the end of June
